There has been a lot of change in my life recently. My eldest daughter has gone off to university, I have started on a new career path, and my body is changing with age.
The season is changing and the days are getting shorter as we prepare for the winter months which has got me thinking about change.
Over the last two years I have made some big changes in my life but the most transformative changes have come from the daily habits I have created.
People often ask me 'what I do' and I struggle to explain. What I do know is that by using my own personal experience, my training and education, and by using evidence based techniques, I have:

⭐ Improved my fitness
⭐ Improved my mental health
⭐ Improved my resilience
⭐ Improved my sleep
⭐ Improved my gut health
⭐ Improved my nutrition
⭐ Started my own business
⭐ Trained as a wellbeing coach and holistic practitioner
⭐ Supported clients in changing their health, behaviours, wellbeing and motivation.
I use a blend of nursing, mentoring and coaching to transform individuals health and wellbeing, focusing on wellness not illness.
The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing the joy individuals feel when their health starts to improve. Knowing is never to late to change ❤️
